Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 100% charge of the booking fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee. This policy applies to members and non-members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Payment is required upon booking.
